I say here “around the world“, I would try to gather so many omelets from everywhere on the globe, as much as possible, and here today I brought a shot of omelet at the Clarence, Dublin, which is owned by Bono and the Edge, U2, when I stayed there in the 1st week of June this year.
Yes, I can recall this omelet, with bacon, is quite juicy one and I loved it, though it appears slightly less perfect shape 🙂
