No fancy greetings but, welcome to Slowsteps Inc.
We started our commercial activities as Slowsteps brand since the end of May, 2014. We originally offer consultation services to financial sector, especially to funds formation, management and related business. And, now 10 years has passed like light speed for us. We worked with a handful of clients very closely like long-term friends, to find solutions for their important projects, regardless of size of business.
At beginning of our journey, we set out our core as consulting business dedicated to offshore fund formation and management. At the time, there were (and are now too) a quite few number professionals who can talk about real story and hands-on experiences. And it became our speciality. We also started “Slowsteps Blog” to share knowledge of fund management you cannot learn from your colleagues in your office.
Now, our coverage expands from a simple project to launch a fund. We also support start-ups in various functions of fund eco-system: investment management company, fund administrator and middle office / risk management services.
Of course, we feel proud once we are told when you read Slowsteps Blog (but, we are also often asked for free advice to everything you want, while we are doing as _business_). Now we are recognized as “first name to ask about offshore fund matters” (oops, you might have heard of this phrase somewhere in Europe).
10 years is a same timespan for my first company I established to explore the professional services to offer outsourcing, and found too early but the market sentiment gradually changed to accept. I do not think now is only a turning point to latter half, but I am thrilled for next 10 years and beyond, to work, learn, grow and harvest with YOU through your business and projects.
Shall we go together with us to your bright future?
Shinobu MIYATA, Founder, Slowsteps Inc.
